Job Description

• Develop the strategy, roadmap, goals and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and high-quality projects
• Lead multiple projects and ensure all processes are completed within the assigned timeline
• Build strong relationship with customer to win new businesses, understand their requirement and resolve any issues or complains
• Mentor and develop talents in the team, manage KPIs and conduct performance reviews
• Work with internal stakeholders, such as the Production and Marketing teams, and external stakeholders, such as suppliers and customer

Other Requirements Include

• The successful candidate must have 10 years of experience working in Packaging Development and at least 5 years in managerial position in Multinational company.
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Engineering Material Science or other related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken
• Strong leadership skill
• Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
