Job Description

  • Managing accounting team for daily operation.
  • Manage mandatory or regulated reporting (eg Financial statements to OJK).
  • Lead monthly closing and support budget/forecast processes, including send the instruction to all Departments.
  • Manage actual vs budget monitoring and produce highlight financial report on a monthly report.
  • Produce key financial KPIs such as RBC and Liquidity ratios.
  • Support other departments such as Finance Reporting & Planning and Actuarial for any specific deliverables (eg. MIR, cost allocation).

Other Requirements Include

  • Qualified Accountant with 8-10 years or qualified by relevant experience (min 5 years).
  • Relevant Life insurance, GI or Health Insurance qualification
  • Proficient user of MS Office Excel.
  • Financial management experience in a large organization and insurance.
  • Proactive self-starter who can take the initiative and work independently.
  • Understand budgeting process.
