Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for the overall management, marketing, and direction of assigned Our Client’s brand(s) through formulation of brand strategy, planning, and implementation of marketing and promotional activities. The position requires a strong sense of pro-active and result oriented attitude; and accountable for building the brand equity and image of assigned brands, achieving market share target, and liaise closely with Field personnel to ensure the right execution of brand direction and successful implementation of all planned brand activities with agreed budget and timing.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
• Brand Strategy and planning with clear and actionable KPIs. It include execution and implementation of the brand plan.
• Involvement in 4 year strategic planning, global brand positioning and activation platform in-line with global platform, guidelines, and direction.
• Identify key brand issues and opportunities.
• Identify and engage consumer communities (strategic target, crusaders, Tribes, consumption pool, opinion leaders) to build strong advocacy.
• Lead, develop, implement, and evaluate creative and effective BTL activations (incl. ideas and concepts). Strong coordination and liaise with field representatives to maximize the outcome of the activations and their successful implementation including progress monitoring and feedback.
• Monthly & Weekly reporting (best practice sharing, brand activities, competition, brand update, etc.).
• Provide standard guidance to field representative team in implementing proper merchandising techniques in regard to POS materials, display, etc. and promotional activities.
• Market intelligence and analysis on competitors’ activities, product potential, market potential, market/consumer research, etc. Liase and coordinate closely with field representatives and trade-marketing to develop channel by channel marketing activities covering products, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Proactively regular communication with field team to understand the channel and customer dynamics.
• Allocate brand ambassador resources (if available) to support mentoring program, campaigns and/or activations in the market. This includes control on schedule and KPI deliverables of the ambassador.
• Identify incremental volume and growth potential opportunities to be addressed with new product development and manage launch and roll-out plans.
• Development and implementation of Consumer Segmentation by brand/volume/image and focus resources on the right segmentation strategy.
• Ensure full compliance with PR Indonesia operation and Group code of business conduct policy.
• Other project(s) assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma in Management/Business or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years related working experience, preferably from overseas/major FMCG.
• Graduate from reputable university with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Well organized; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Ability to work independently and as team-member; and self starter.
• High creativity and result oriented.
• Highly motivated, proactive.
• Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (especially windows application software) and ability to learn new program if necessary.
• Willing to do regular market/night visit.
• Competency in spoken and written English.
