Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
• Understand and keep up to date with the firm’s business, products and the regulatory and commercial environment in which it operates to ensure that appropriate compliance policies, procedures and standards are implemented
• Complies with Government Institution (OJK), state, and local legal requirements,
• Responsible for overall compliance matters of the company
• Advising the management for all legal risks and potential risks
• Analysing and impact assessing new regulations and briefing senior management accordingly
• Externally, acting on behalf of the company in various external functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as compliance manager with minimum 4 years experience
• In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
• Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English)
• BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
