Duties and responsibilities

• Understand target market, company project, company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
•  Identifies trendsetter ideas by reseraching industry and related events
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Able to demonstrate the feasibility of each project using financial models
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Education, Qualifications

• Great educational background, preferably in Business
• Solid proven integrity and strong acumen in controlling and monitoring
• energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics

Knowledge :
– Have excellent knowledge in Business Development

Skills:
– Fluency in both verbal and written English as well as Bahasa
– Computer literate
– Hospitality Industry as a best practice

Abilities:
– Very handy with reporting activities either weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
– Proven working experiences as a business development or relevant role
– Proficient in English
– Market knowledge
– Communication and negotiation skills
– Time management and planning skills

Other characteristics:

– Able to work under pressure with thigh time frame
– Ready for travelling
