Job Description

• Maintains the organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Assess training needs, apply and monitor training programs
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain compensation & benefit plan & program
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Handling for all daily HR operation
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as a HR Manager or 10 year(s) in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial relation
• Preferably experience in Tech start up company, Telco company or at least have a passion in digital platform business
• Having responsibility, commitment, integrity Excellent interpersonal, people management and leadership skil
• Excellent in English and Bahasa, both in oral and written.
