Job Description
• Responsible for overall company’s sales especially revenue and margin objectives.
• Provide accurate and detailed sales forecast of identified and proposed
opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Gain understanding about customer needs and expectation related their business
issue, concern and business solution
• Guide, instruct and give directions to the sales team personnel and assist in
organizing all the sales activities
• Work closely with senior management to generate sales and marketing plan to
grow client bases
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads.
• Develop current customer relationships & engage new customers.
• Evaluate sales performance and make recommendations for future activity (KPI
definition & reporting)
• Align with and steer cross functional team (sales controlling, marketing)
Requirements
• Have an experience above 5 years’ experience in the same field
• Have strong leadership and managerial skill
• Good understanding about digital advertising and/or digital activation aspects
• Good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Takes initiative and confidence in peers and sales team
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in start up company
