- Involve in the leasing and sales of co-working and serviced office space, prospecting and offer advice to the management team and tenants on real estate leasing matters.
- Handling professional correspondence and managing the rental contracts;
- Review and recommend lease terms, negotiating with clients/tenants to achieve the desired rental terms, and assisting with the execution of project marketing plans to maximize rental yield and occupancy.
- Conduct canvassing calls and visits.
- Assist the team to meet targets set for revenue and developing new business.
- Track and analyze statistics, trends, key wins, major events, and other regional information, and report to the company’s management leaders both results and potential areas of improvement.
- Coordinate within the Commercial Division (Sales, Marketing and
Community Department) to develop and share best practices within and across markets.
- Act as the Account Manager of the tenant that he/she brings in to ensure satisfactory and loyalty by keeping sound relationship and sharing suitable loyalty program tailored to tenant’s needs to our Community Department.
- Review all material to ensure brand guidelines and standards are followed.
- Regular collaboration with research providers or property consultants to capture market data and strategically present content to clients and prospects.
- Ensured timely delivery of deliverables.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience at reputable institution(s) in property related industry as a Sales/Account role, especially in serviced office operator or property consulting firm.
- High level of English command, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in building and developing the network in various business industries at any scales that is potential to be leveraged into company’s business opportunities.
