Responsibilities:

• Manage resources used on cloud platform.
• Build and maintain all CI/CD pipelines
• Analysing alerts and incidents and improve accordingly.
• Communicate and work as a part of the development team of products.
• Assist Tech team in monitoring and alerting code changes during App/feature production, including build homegrown tool from scratch to help with weaknesses in software delivery and proactively make improvement.
• Analyze root of causes in any critical issues of App/feature production assuring that the App systems become more reliable and has fewer critical incidents in the App/feature production.
• Support and back up the Tech teams by providing tools and documentation to help better organization activity; adding automation and context to alerts.
• Constantly upkeep and share documentations to Tech teams for better App/feature production during both staging and production.
• Run post-incident reviews; build/optimize some part of the SDLC or incident lifecycle.

Requirements:

• You are a Bachelor’s degree in computer discipline or relevant certification
• Good understanding of distributed systems and Linux-based OS
• Having a good scripting skill with a preferred language of Bash, Python, or Go and familiar with Git
• Experienced in cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP or etc
• Experienced in infrastructure monitoring tools
• Experienced using configuration management tools such as Ansible and Chef
• Experienced in using container related tools such as Docker.
• Having a deep understanding of managing Amazon Web Services, Redis, and ElasticSearch services
• Expected to have experience in administering MySQL & PostgreSQL databases.
• Plan and implements backup and recovery of the production system.
• Good knowledge of Disaster Recovery.
• Good communication skills with development teams (both in English and Bahasa)
• have 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Extra Requirement:

• Have worked in E-Commerce, FinTech industry
• Have Experienced in microservices on production environment
• Have good skills in all PostgreSQL tools
